Is there a Delphi dropdown component?

Do you know how in Firefox, if something happens that requires your attention, but is not urgent enough to require a modal dialogue, it will fall into a small bar at the top of the tab with a question about it? I would like to add such functions to the Delphi application, but I do not know if there is a component for this. Does anyone know about this?
