Visual Studio 2010 RC does not have installed WPF templates for a specific project.

Question

only with a specific .Net 4.0 project I cannot add a new Window element to my project in the solution explorer. In the installed templates for WPF, only UserControl exists?

What happened?

edit: In this direcotry => C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0 \ Common7 \ IDE \ ItemTemplates \ CSharp \ WPF \ 1033

I see all wpf templates ... so why aren't they all shown in the WPF => Installed Templates section?

I did devenv / resetsettings, devenv / setup, devenv / installvstemplates in the shell with administrator privileges, and I reassigned the path of the project templates / template elements to the above itemTempaltes path and an analogue of the ProjectTemplate path where I could see all the templates.

Nothing works!?

They are not displayed due to your type of project.

Solution to quote CoolDadTx :

If you select a WPF user control or a WPF user control library, you should see the options. If you use any other type of library, they are not displayed as an option. This does not mean that you cannot use them, just so that they do not appear.
