How does SimpleWorkerRequest associate MIME types with extensions?

Question

I was working with an html link to svg files in Cassini and had problems since the mime type was not sent properly. I ended up writing my own Cassini port , which installs an extension based on the mime type.

After a good night of sleep, I realized that there might be some kind of registry key or configuration file where I can configure custom mime types for SimpleWorkerRequest , a .NET class that serves content via Casinni. However, I do not know what it is.
