Blackberry app not deploying in eclipse simulator

I wrote the first Hello World Program sample for BB in eclipse using the plugin and everything works fine. But then I wrote another application, not very different from the first one, and I went to deploy it, and the simulator opened, but only the first application was there. I tried to download the .cod file from the simulator, but that didn't work either. I also tried to exit and reset the simulator and use the clean.bat file, but none of this worked. Finally, I tried to download another trial program that I downloaded from RIM, and it worked fine. Help! I am completely stuck.

I would suggest that rapc failed to execute. Can you check the output of your console for something like "rapc failed to complete for this project due to XYZ"

If this is not the case, the one thing that worked for me was creating a new workspace, projecting and copying only the source files to this directory and restoring.

I think 2 things can happen.

  • Most likely, there is some error in your program that prevents its compilation. Check the problems tab to see if there is anything there.
  • BlackBerry → , 3 "Private", "Debug" "Release". , . , , , .
