Looking for a jquery plugin to resize / expand your browser if it is too small?

Is there a jquery or plugin method for determining the size of the visitor’s browser window when they first come to the page and automatically stretch the browser for them if it is too small?

This is a fairly common thing that I have seen several times, so I assume that someone here will find out about it.

Do not do this , most browsers prevent this, for good reason.
