UTF-8 specification task

Question

I am using Komodo Edit. I have to encode some files as UTF-8 without specification in Komodo. There are no problems on my local host and site, but on some sites I see a specification mark, and this is a terrible problem for AJAX-JSON response. Any tips?

The parameter can be found in the Properties section of the File Properties and Settings dialog box.
