I am engaged in a network project. My current broadband speed is 2 Mbps, my application is working correctly. I need to check the status of my application at 512 Mbps or any other speed.

Fiddler is a free alternative. Bandwidth limiter can break https in my experience. Oh, and it only works with http connections. But, so free ...
