Is there a way to download the Apache C ++ Standard Library User Guide?

I could not find the version of Apache C ++ Standard Library User Guide anywhere - only available frame and frameless versions on the Internet are available. Writing a script on wget and matching them seems redundant.

Does anyone know if there is a downloadable PDF file or other formats, and if not, why?

PS . I understand that loading the stdcxx library will give me html files, but it is still limited by the browser. I would like to print the documents as a ready reference.
