(Python / Django): How to keep my production db in sync (schema and data) and with dev pc db?

Question

I have a local Postgres database that will be populated with data (daily) on my local development machine. Which is a good solution to transfer / synchronize / mirror this data to a Postgres database.

For what it's worth, I'm developing in Python using Django.
