Testing custom code analysis rules in 2010 - any hope

Question

In the past, it was a true PITA for unit test rules for custom Code Analysis. I did not find anything, which shows that in 2010 the situation will change, but I do not give up. If anyone knows if this is possible in 2010, please answer - thanks!
