JQuery prevents insertion into iframe designmode from MS Word

I saw some questions about how to catch the paste event. This one looks useful. But I want to prevent pasting iframe if the inserted content is not plain text, but comes from MS Word or another WYSIWYG .

What is your experience?

I suppose I should catch an event (attach to an iframe or to its body?) And look for specific tags in the clipboard. What content does Ms Word add each time?

[edit] After further research, I see that there is no easy way to work with the clipboard in a browser without Internet Explorer, except for some flash tricks. I do not want them. How can I detect an insert in Firefox and others?
