HTML: Is there something wrong with using a large number of <form> tags?

In many prototype scripting scenarios, it’s easiest to stick each form element (such as an input or text area) into its own form tag. Is there something wrong that could happen because the page has form tags (e.g. 1000)?

What do you mean by prototype scripting scripts? How are the forms served?

If each form is its own action, for example. you have many separate product lists with different REST urls action, then yes, the appropriate form for each line is suitable.
