deb application file. I want to convert the same file to a 32-bit .deb file. So how to convert a 64-bit .deb file to a 32-bit .deb

This is not possible at all.

If the .deb file contains any architecture-specific files (for example, libraries or binary executables), you need to get 32-bit versions of these files or rebuild the package yourself from the source.

If the content .deb is already a cross-platform, it should already be marked as Architecture: allcreator.
