Framework for web services in PHP?

Question

I need to implement a web service in PHP, but I never wrote it (now I use ASP.net, which handles all these things SOAP / WSDL / Disco for me).

Are there libraries / frameworks for this? Should be as light as possible as they connect to your existing system.

PHP comes with a SOAP client built in:

and there is always a version of ZF:

Zend Framework: Zend_Soap

Try NuSOAP its lightweight and very easy to use.
