SMS via email

I know that this is a topic that has been well covered here and throughout the Internet, so I do not ask for a list of letters with the carrier, however my question is how to send the text without knowing the user, and through a third party.

The only solution I was thinking of would be sent to all carriers. I would only send it to American carriers, but will a large number of idle letters slow down the mail server at all or cause other problems?

Any advice on this decision or the thoughts of others would be great.

API, Plivo ( ) .

This will require some additional work than sending carrier emails, but you are unlikely to worry about delivery options. For example, check the mail and SMS gateway created using the Plivo and Mailgun APIs .
