IDE for C ++ and wxWidgets support

Question

What good IDE would you recommend for programming in C ++ (GNU), with support for the wxWidget library and a GUI constructor / designer in one? It can be either for windows or for Linux.

Code :: Blocks is good. It combines and generates wxWidgets code!

I can recommend Eclipse with wxFormBuilder . Not really all-in-one because they are two tools, but they work very well.
