Missing Siverlight Templates in Visual Studio 2008

Question

I have Visual Studio 2008 (sp1, .NET 3.5). I installed the Silverlight 3 SDK and Silverlight 4 SDK beta + Sivelrlight toolkit. I also installed CTP for Windows Phone Developer CTP, which includes Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone CTP.

I noticed that when I launch a new project in VS2008, all Silverlight templates are missing.

Any advice on how to get them?

Sliverlight 4 integrates with Visual Studio 2010. Currently, you can get Release Candiate from VS 2010.
