What makes a project suitable for Azure / cloud?

I read about Windows Azure, but to delve into this technology, I need to (obviously) use it. I have a small ASP.NET site that receives a little traffic, and I think that posting this on Azure would save me money. Other than this, what other factors will contribute to a project suitable for the cloud?
