Recommended way to do Lucene searches without limits

Question

Lucene docs tell me that Hits will be removed from the API in Lucene 3.0.

Outdated . Hits will be deleted by Lucene 3.0. Use the search (Query, Filter, int).

The proposed overload limits the number of documents returned to int.

So my question is: what is the recommended way to search Lucene without limiting the number of documents returned?
