Yes, this is a programming issue, if a little indirectly.
For better or worse, I will switch from Winforms to WPF in April. I am also going to attend the Visual Studio Launch in Las Vegas.
I really need to speed things up quickly in WPF, so my question is: What sessions will make the best use of my time?
I already have a choice, but I’m looking for some more tips on how to get through all the marketing fluff and get real educational value from it for several days. I haven’t been to one of these events before, so I really don’t know how advertising is and how solid the content is.
Several seminars look interesting (VPR02 and VPS02), but I don’t know enough about the actual content to justify the additional costs right now. Any thoughts there would be appreciated.
And yes, I have WPF training planned differently than just these few days in Las Vegas, but since I'm going to be there anyway, I want to learn as much as possible in the time available.
