C # windows application how to save and restore child form positions

I have a Windows application with an MDI form and some child forms. I need to save the position of child forms and then restore when it is opened again.

How to do it in C #?

In addition, I need to check if the title bar of the child form in the mdi form is hidden (for example, the title bar may be hidden due to the menu of the mdi form). If so, then I need to establish a smarter position.
