Eclipse IDE Learning Curve

I am a C # guy with a pretty good understanding of using the Visual Studio IDE (using it with VS2003). Right now, I'm doing a proof of concept application using Eclipse 3.4.1.

Is there a good link or book that describes the use of the Eclipse IDE compared to Visual Studio. Is there an Eclipse tutorial for Visual Studio users :)
