The Right Approach for Mastering SAP R3 and ABAP

Question

I have been working on SAP technology for the last 2.5 years. Since there were so many technical concepts, I could not get a single source where I could learn about everything related to it. I had no confidence in mastering all the technical concepts.

Please help me if you have come across such an experience and how you have overcome it. Suggest a few books or a methodology that you have followed, which may be useful.

Note. I already worked in Java / J2EE. I am pretty confident in mastering the concepts.
