Coding contest, language agnostics?

Soon I will probably be holding a coding contest, I was wondering if anyone had done what was there where the manual / process is. I would like to make the contest attractive to all developers, and I'm trying to figure out how to do it.
scenario: there is an event, and we (the coding competition) will have a room that we can use (either for coding, or for questions, etc.), however, ideally, the task for the competitions should be assigned, and they should be able to go and do other things if they are so inclined. that I wonder what problems to give, and most importantly, what are the criteria for “winning” teaching and learning good coding standards, it takes a lot of time, and I would like to think that if you code for a long time, do it right and quickly .. but in the competition you will cut corners ... I would really appreciate your contribution to this

It will be difficult to design a coding competition suitable for a wide range of languages, since languages usually serve different purposes. I would suggest that what you are looking for does not exist.
