Entity Framework naming conventions for many-to-many reference tables

We are developing a SQL Server database with many-to-many link tables. The question is, are there any recommendations for designating these tables for use with entity infrastructure?

Let's say there is a table

Customer as well as Address

Then there’s a link table between them, what do we call it? CustomerAddress? Or something else?
