Install jQuery API Browser AIR

Can someone tell me how to fix this? I go here: http://api.jquery.com/browser/ and click on the INSTALL NOW button . After that it says: "Download and open the AIR file to start the installation." I have AIR installed, but I can’t determine where the file for the API browser is located.

I am definitely missing something obvious ...
