Creating my own simple CMS for asp.net-mvc?

I want to create a simple CMS for my asp.net-mvc site. Can I save my entire page in a database? What if my page contains links like:

Url.Content("~/somepage")

When the administrator edits the page, he will receive a regular link, not Url.Content. How can I handle this in CMS?

Is there a subsonic based CMS available?
