IPhone: how to launch beta in addition to building the App Store?

I have an application in the store for which updates have been prepared.

Other members of our team have the App Store version is already loaded (~ bought) on their respective iPhone, and those that contain user data that each member should have to keep .

In the meantime, we need to check the beta version of the next version of the application.

Presumably, wed should have two versions (ad hoc and store app) that coexist on each device, at least until all users are in beta and loaded into the store (after which they remove the beta version).

[Once it is in the Store, of course, they can update their main (that is, Release) version of the application through the regular App Store update mechanism. In this case, all of their user data remains unchanged.]

So, suppose the correct workflow ...

How can I add a beta version to a team and not replace / overwrite an existing version of the App Store?

I tried setting the parameters in the beta version of [[appname] -Info.plist ", but havent found a setting that allows two versions (beta version and release) to coexist on the same device.

Any ideas? And is this the right approach so that they can store their data?

(And finally, how can I do this with a script and without it? I assume that there is only one parameter that needs to be changed.)

I hope all this makes sense - in advance for your help!
