Are there bindings between .NET and TK

It would be interesting / nice to have something portable, like TK, that will be used on Windows and Linux with Mono, like TK. Does anyone know any bindings? or What would be a good place to start creating bindings.

Your best bet is probably "Eagle", which is a reimplementation of TCL as the .NET / Mono language:
