I am trying to print a PDFDocument which I am creating from a series of images. In case it matters, I do it all from within the Mozilla plugin.
I create a PDFDocument and put it in a PDFView, then call
[printView printWithInfo: [NSPrintInfo sharedPrintInfo] autoRotate: YES];
The print dialog box appears (as a separate window, not as a panel). I assume this is due to the fact that it is inside the mozilla window, so I was not too worried about it. A dialog box shows my document, through this is correct, and everything looks good.
However, when I click "Print", a dropdown menu with "Layout", etc. becomes empty, and the view below it becomes empty. The window does not disappear and the document does not print. Clicking Cancel does the same. The only thing I can do is force leave Mozillla.
I started the PDFKitLinker2 program from apple dev and this program works. But I do not see significant differences between it and my version.
Any suggestions on where to look?
thank.
EDIT: Yes, I know that this is an almost exact duplicate of Printing off-screen PDFViews , but it still hasn’t received a sufficient answer ... (And I haven’t noticed it so far ...)
