If you mean the physical location in IsolStorage on the file system, I think the answer is no.
You can, however, get a link to IsolStorageFile for your application using:
IsolatedStorageFile f = IsolatedStorageFile.GetUserStoreForApplication();
... and then you can iterate over all the files inside this container:
f.GetFileNames();
If you can give a little more information about what exactly you are actually trying to achieve, perhaps we could offer a suitable workaround?
