Convert HTML to PDF from ASP classic hosting?

I need to convert HTML to PDF on the fly from an ASP hosted classic page.

WkHtmlToPDF works fine, but, unfortunately, this does not require installation on the server, which is impossible in this case.

Is there anything there to do this?
