R-code in Sweave

Question

I have a scientific document and the referee requested that my R-code be presented as a Sweave document. I have never heard of Sweave before, did you know the best way to do this?

In my opinion, this is a very unusual request. I can understand that the referee expects you to provide reproducible code, but requiring a specific format is on top of the top. I would answer by providing my code. Sweave is not standard practice for academic journals.
