MS Access 2007: equivalent to the Join data type in SQL Server 2008?

What is the equivalent of the Attachment data type in SQL Server 2008?

There is no direct equivalent, the nearest will be a BLOB.

The image data type is very similar to Attachment.

I prefer to use VarBinary (max) for images, I believe that the image data type should be disabled.
