Borland StarTeam 2008 - How to Recover File + File History

I accidentally delete a file from the Starteam repository. I can view the contents of the file in different views / settings, and I can copy and double-check it, but its history is important. Can I restore a file with my story?

Create a new view ( View> Create ... ) based on the label attached to the file you want to restore, or depending on the time before the file was deleted. Switch to this view ( View> Select View ... ). Use VCM to advance (in the section "Select the type of comparison or merge: select Promotion ) in the form of hints ( View> Compare / Merge ... )., Make sure that the file you want to restore has the action Reverse shared resource associated with it . Commit ( VCM Session> Commit Changes ... ). Now the file should be restored as prompts.
