I need statistics on products added to carts, but not verified. That is, if a user adds a product to his cart, but not an actual payment, how can I see these products that have been added? Or maybe even receive notifications every time you add a product?

There is Ubercart status called "in checkout". The order is in this state from the moment of its creation until the user checks (completion of verification and completion of the payment transaction). If the user closes the browser or leaves the site, the order is still in the ubercart system as "in checkout".

With this, you can create a view and see all orders with the status "in control" and show the contents of each order.
