Freeware for viewing multi-valued databases / Unidata

I am looking for free software that allows me to view files / records on a Unidata server.

I found the program a few months ago, but I have no idea what it was called or where I found it.

Download the BDT (Basic Developer Toolkit) .

Rocket DataVu Query is free, but probably not what you think. It was released in October 2010.
