Developing workflows for WF4 in Silverlight

Our system is based on threads and actions, and we want to give analytic users the ability to create dynamic threads (at run time). The design interface is based on SL 4.0.

It seems that WorkflowFoundation is the most valuable solution, but we did not find any version of WF that is suitable for SL (for creating xaml in SL).

Any ideas? any other supported engines?

The standard workflow designer is WPF and does not work in silverlight. Creating such a designer will be quite a bit of work. However, a simplified designer can do the trick, and as a workflow, it's just xaml that just generates XML, and that shouldn't be a problem. I think it depends on the required flexibility.

I do not know about any third party alternatives.
