I understand very well that the front ends of websites should be encoded and compressed as much as possible, however I feel that I have weaker standards than others when it comes to practical applications.
For example, although I understand why some of them, I see nothing wrong with placing selectors in tags <html>or <body>on a website with an expected low speed of visits. I would only do this for a cheap website for a small client, because otherwise I cannot justify the cost of time.
So, do you think it's good to draw a line? Where do you draw?
