Preview colors in Emacs-ESS

I accidentally managed to get color names, #HEX, and color preview in Emacs. I don’t have a damn idea how some key or menu item must have pressed ... But now I can’t find where this function is ... I’m quite sure that I am not hallucinating, so I have to be there, under some keystroke that I can’t play !!! =)

So what is your question? :)

What you described can be reproduced using M-x list-colors-display(or Ctrl-click with the middle mouse button, then select the display colors in the pop-up menu) - and this is an Emacs function that has nothing to do with R or ESS. Is this what you are looking for?

If / when you find yourself in this situation where something happened in Emacs, but you don’t know how to do it. You can ask Emacs which last 300 keystrokes were pressed with C-h l(which is tied to 'view-lossage, and this can give you enough information about what you did.
