C # open source library for reading and writing a swf file that supports versions 8.9 and 10

I am currently using a SWFDOTNET libray to read and write a swf file that supports a swf file from version 1 to 7.

Is there any other open c # lib source for reading and writing swf-flash that supports swf file versions 8.9 and 10?

Well, Swf.Net supports up to version 8. Their website says that they plan to support versions 9 and 10, but the latest version was in 2008, and the last set of changes was in 2010.
