Not entirely clear, I recently did this from RGB to CIELAB. Look at the source of OpenCV, there are many color rendering features. File: ../ src / cv / cvcolor.cpp Take a look at, for example, the icvBGRx2Lab_32f_CnC3R function. This is probably what you are looking for.
