Microsoft.ReportingServices.Interfaces.dll is missing for SSRS 2005

Question

I am missing this DLL link in c: \ program files \ SQL Server \ 90 \ Tools \ Binn. I assume this is due to the fact that I did not install the 2005 client. I installed all the services for 2005, an instance of the database, an instance of Reporting Services, SSAS and SSIS. I installed the 2008 client, although not the 2005 client, and the 2008 database instance.

So, I guess, because I did not install the client, but is something else giving me this DLL? Another installation or SDK or something else?
