Google engine: new version does not appear

I did an update on the Google App Engine with a little fix, and I got:

Closing update: new version is ready to start serving.

However, when I open the site, there is still an old version. I changed version to 2 in app.yaml, before starting the update. What am I missing?

You must install the new version as the active version in the admin console. Click the "Versions" link and make your new version, "Default."
