Hadoop - employment statistics

Question

I used hadoop to run applications with fewer cards in our cluster. Works take about 10 hours to complete daily. I want to know the time spent on each job, and the time spent on the longest work, etc., and that I can optimize these tasks. Is there any plugin or script that does this?
