Disable keyboard keys if console c Run using c or C ++

Question

I want to disable the keyboard when my Run program means no one can use alt + F4 etc. How can I make this possible with c on a Windows operating system.

Process WM_SYSKEYUP , WM_SYSKEYDOWN and return 0

Here WndProc processes these messages

Pressing alt + f4 sends a WM_CLOSE message. You must process this message correctly.
