How to configure common code (ASP.NET) for multiple domain names?

Question

I created a website, and now the client wants to share it between three different domains. What is the best way to do this? This is what I still have.

The web host I'm working with has done this as follows, but now I get a bunch of errors that don't seem to see the App_code folder. Do I need to make a lot of changes? How does this affect location links?
