The website does not work while loading important files

Question

Guys from HI. I have a problem maintaining my php site. My site is based on the Zend Framework. When I want to download a new copy or version online - during the download, especially when important files, such as models and controllers, are downloaded and overwritten, the site will not work in an understandable way.

Is there a way to download the site without having to go through this problem?
