Because of the Eclipse PDT (PHP Development Tool) box, unable to debug PHP, why?

I just finished reinstalling "All-In-One Eclipse PDT" from zend.com. It cannot debug even the simplest "Hello World" PHP script. How can I publish such a large open source application in such bad shape? What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked your PHP installation like in this thread ?

After uninstalling XAMPPand reinstalling ( xampp-win32-1.7.0-installer.exe) and applying it xampp-patch2-win32-1.7.0-installer, I still have the problem of closing the PHP CLI code and dropping the popup dialog.
