No, RoutedCommands are not supported in Silverlight, although primitive ICommand. Silverlight 3 had ICommand, but never used it anywhere. Silverlight 4 adds support for control buttons to link ICommand.
However, full-featured routing commands are not supported. In any case, they were not particularly useful in WPF, since they placed the burden of processing control logic on the user interface control that processed them. As it turned out, it’s much more useful to have ICommand open from ViewModel.
